Whilst we hope you will be happy with your new products, we also want you to be comfortable with our returns policy.
If you wish to return an item, or it arrives damaged or faulty please submit a returns form, within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with tags and in its original packaging.
Once we have received your return, we will process your refund, however, we will be unable to process your return if items are returned damaged. Refunds may take 5-7 days to show in your account. You are responsible for the cost of returning your items (unless the item arrives faulty, damaged or the incorrect item has been received). We recommend using a tracked or recorded returns service.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will send out a replacement to you as soon as possible. In some cases we may need these items to be returned to us and we will arrange for any damaged or faulty items to be collected where necessary. We will also require photographic evidence of the products and packaging. Please do not dispose of damaged or faulty items or their packaging unless advised to do so by us.
Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items
Custom products, gift cards and items included in our sample sale are non-refundable. Please do contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
