Our lovely Mediterranean Olive Wood Salad Servers are made from dense, beautifully grained wood.
Olive wood is ideal for food preparation as the natural oil content of olive wood means that it kills bacteria and it is very hardwearing, making it a handy tool in any kitchen and one that will be around for many years.
For everyday cleaning, simply wipe the surface down with a clean, damp cloth. Dry straight after cleaning. Do not submerse or leave to soak in water. Not dishwasher safe. To maintain the appearance of our wood over time olive oil can be re-applied using a dry lint free cloth.
